Forstner DECOILER 2000 kg
The 2-ton decoiler is available in both manual and motorized versions. The manual version is equipped with an adjustable brake and can also be built vertically to use space more efficiently. See more under Decoiler Tower.
The motorized decoiler is floor-mounted and equipped with its own control and loop control. It can be used as a stand-alone unit or easily integrated with our Cut to Length lines equipped with the S1 control system. If you choose a Multicoil line, motorized decoilers can also be used vertically and fully integrated with the F3 control system.

A perfect complement to our 2-ton decoilers is the larger handwheel mounted on the back of the decoiler to simplify rewinding of the sheet metal. It is easy to move between different decoilers.

Press Arm
A press arm is essential when handling heavy materials up to 2 tons. By securing the material in place, it improves the workflow and makes it easier to handle and replace coils.
It is also available as a retrofit for existing decoilers.
