CIDAN Stackmaster – flexible, speedy and space-saving storage system for cut-to-length sheets and laser cut/punched blanks. It is equipped with 10,15 or 20 trays controlled via the control system. The control system keeps track of the formats, qualities and colours in the various trays and inventory. For optimum material flow and space-saving, It comes in two designs – STACKMASTER and STACKMASTER DUO. The standard STACKMASTER is loaded / unloaded on one side of the tower, whereas the STACKMASTER DUO can be loaded / unloaded on both sides which can be beneficial.

Stackmaster is CIDAN’s flat sheet storage system and is used to create order, structure and a more efficient material flow in sheet metal processing. The system is developed for companies working with flat sheets, laser-cut blanks, punched blanks or sheet metal blanks cut in their own production. By storing the material in a space-saving sheet metal storage system, it becomes easier to find the right format, quality and colour when production needs it.

Stackmaster stores flat sheets in separate storage compartments controlled by an integrated control system. The system keeps track of which formats, qualities and colours are stored in the different compartments and in the overall storage system. This makes material handling more transparent and reduces the risk of picking errors, unnecessary handling and time losses. Stackmaster is available with 10, 15 or 20 storage compartments and is designed to provide quick access to the right material.

Stackmaster and Stackmaster Duo are two versions for efficient flat sheet storage. The standard Stackmaster is loaded and unloaded from one side of the tower. Stackmaster Duo can be loaded and unloaded from both sides, which can be an advantage in production environments where the material flow needs to be faster or where the machine layout requires access from more than one side. The right choice depends on the layout of the workshop, the material flow and how production is organized.
