Design profiles in seconds with the touch-first Draw Editor in our new smart control system. Define geometry with drag-and-drop, then tap an endpoint to open the radial “flower” menu and insert hems or radius bends. Fixed views, snap guides, and drag-to-bend interactions make it intuitive for non-specialists while preserving precision for experts. The result: reduced skill dependency, faster onboarding, and a more agile shop floor.
Boxes and 3D Capability
Create box profiles with one click in the Box Generator in our new control system. Start from scratch or refine presets using drag-and-drop. Built-in options include bevels, corner reliefs/cuts, radius shaping, segment joins, and more.
Powerful point-editing and snap tools ensure geometric precision, while multi-select and full undo/redo speed iteration with confidence. Integrated 3D viewing helps verify geometry before production, enabling operators to design even complex boxes and prototypes at the control – without external CAD/CAM support.
Simulation with Tool Location
The 3D simulation gives useful visual feedback on how the profile should be placed in the machine, how box tools should be placed to run the profile, and an easy overview of the entire bend process.
